DEFINITIONS In these Terms and Conditions, "Company" refers, a gaming establishment located at 350 Gifford Street, New Westminster, British Columbia.

AGE REQUIREMENT Any person under the age of 19 is not permitted to enter the gaming area or participate in any game or promotion. It is the responsibility of each patron to ensure that they meet this requirement and are legally permitted to play at our establishment.

RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS Patrons must be residents of Canada or international visitors who are lawfully present in Canada, as determined by local authorities.

RIGHT OF ADMITTANCE The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, without prior notice and at its discretion.

RIGHT TO ALTER OR CANCEL The Company may alter or cancel any game, promotion, or event at its sole discretion, without liability for damages or claims of any nature.

PLAYING RULES AND ODDS All games are governed by their respective rules and odds as displayed on the gaming area's signage, on our website, or announced to patrons in person. The Company reserves the right to modify these rules at its sole discretion.

PAYOUTS The Company may limit payouts for any single transaction or series of transactions exceeding $10,000 CAD, regardless of game type.

RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY Patrons acknowledge that gaming involves inherent risks and potential losses. By participating in games, patrons assume all risk associated with their decisions to play.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER In no event shall the Company be liable for any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in our games or promotions.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. It is the responsibility of each patron to review this document regularly and adhere to all amended terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration as required by applicable law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT This document constitutes the entire agreement between patrons and the Company regarding their participation in games or promotions at our establishment. No representations, warranties, or conditions, express or implied, have been made to patrons that are not set forth herein.

AMENDMENTS AND INTERPRETATIONS Any amendment to these Terms and Conditions requires written notice from the Company to its patrons. The Company's interpretation of these terms will be binding unless proven otherwise in a court of law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By entering our gaming area or participating in any game or promotion, each patron acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions as amended from time-to-time without exception.
